The materials on the site have been developed collaboratively with many stakeholders including:
People with brain injuries or spinal injuries, their families, friends, workers and case managers,
Acquired Brain Injury Services NSW Inc.,
Paraquad, Paraplegic and Quadriplegic Association of NSW,
Service providers and
Attendant care workers.
The stories and experiences of people with brain injuries or spinal injuries, their families, friends, workers and case managers are at the heart of the video stories and video clips, and content on this site.
There are also experiences of attendant care workers, community support workers, service supervisors, service coordination managers, case managers and Lifetime Care Coordinators.
The importance of the contribution of these people and their willingness to share their experiences so that others might learn about attendant care and how to get it right is acknowledged with deep gratitude by all the people who have worked on this site.
The video stories were produced by Peter Kirkwood and Paul Bullen. The interviewer was Paul Bullen.
In addition the content of the materials on this site draws on materials from many sources. They are referenced where they are used.
The site has been funded by Lifetime Care. Lifetime Care provides care and support for people in NSW severely injured in motor accidents, regardless of who was at fault in the accident.
The site has been developed and is managed by Paul Bullen, Management Alternatives Pty Ltd, www.mapl.com.au
